当你在进行工资谈判时,如果被问到期待工资是多少时,回答说工资是建立在你的能力之上是很合理的。
不管你期待的是什么,最终,大多数的顶尖公司都将跟机3个点决定开给你的工资:
1)你之前的工资,
2)他们的内部薪酬结构和工资水平
3)你应聘的职位的市价
至于根据你的能力来定工资,当然,你可以这么回答。但是对于好的雇主来说,他们关心的是你表现出来的工作成就,结果,负责任的程度,而不是你宣称你能做啥。所以如果你想要这么做,确保你有实例证明你的确能做到你所说的。
When negotiating salaries, is it appropriate to say that the salary is based on your capability if you are asked by the company what your expected salary is?
Regardless of what you ask for, ultimately, most top employers are going to determine their offer to you on 3 main things: 1) your previous salary, 2) their internal compensation structure and salary levels, and 3) market benchmarks for the position level they’re offering you. Regarding basing your salary expectations on your capabilities, sure, you can do this. But what matters to good employers is what you’ve demonstrated in terms of achievements, results, and level of responsibilities, not what you claim you can do. So if you do this, be sure you point out real examples that show you can actually do what you say you can.
