他没有出生证，属于超生！
也就是说，他生下来就违法了，那么按照承德敬茶的逻辑，他这辈子都不配拥有财产，随时可以查归官有。

这事连老胡都不愿意刁盘了，可见有多离谱。
好比: 一个外卖员骑着电动车送外卖，结果有一天交警抓到他骑得是非法改装的电动车，于是把他三年送外卖的收入给没收了…
我国做外贸要去墙外但是申请不到正规信道的公司可太多了，照这个搞法，那全是非法收入，都得没收。
等结果吧，希望不要开了这个坏头。
